## About the GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program The GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program honors outstanding U.S. high school students who demonstrate exemplary leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship. The program embodies the values of President Ronald Reagan — believing every young person with the commitment and determination to achieve can build a better future. ### Award Details - **Amount**: $10,000 renewable scholarship ($2,500 per year × 4 years) - **Number of Awards**: Up to 20 scholarships per year - **Application Deadline**: Typically January annually ### Eligibility Requirements - High school senior graduating in the current academic year - U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident - Minimum 3.0 GPA - Demonstrating leadership in school and community - Planning to enroll full-time at an accredited four-year college or university ### Selection Criteria - **Leadership & Drive**: Evidence of taking initiative, setting goals, and motivating others - **Integrity**: Demonstrated commitment to ethical behavior and honesty - **Citizenship**: Active engagement in community service and civic responsibilities - **Academic Achievement**: Strong academic record and performance ### Benefits Scholars also receive invitations to the Reagan Library for award events and access to the Reagan Foundation's network of leaders.
